Thought this might interesting and didn't see a post about it (although the search functionality on the forum is crap).

Bit of a shame, have fond memories of the spectrum, but there are so many of these retro projects.

Anyways it looks like the project has died and now comes the backlash from backers, even though they should be fully aware they are not buying a product just the possibility of a product.

Yes, chap called Clive Sinclair, back in the 80s. I believe you guys were more commodore64 at that time or thereabouts. Happy days
