What gives? GOG is only downloading at like, 1.7 Mbps and literally every other program I run, including Steam, is hitting 24 or even greater. I straight up can't download the offline installers either because the list is so long that it goes off the screen, rendering me utterly unable to actually REACH the full set of offline installers.

I have no VPNs, my internet is fine, and I have GOG set to unlimited bandwidth.

Something's up. I've got GB net and I'm getting 1.7-5mbs.

I'm very annoyed since there's no way it's finishing tonight at this rate. It's really making me take pause when I buy something newer on GOG at this point.

Are you two using the website or Galaxy? With website I get usually 4MB or less sometimes but this with other sites like Gamersgate or ZP. With Galaxy I get 45 or greater.

What game are you trying to download?

Have you tried deleting Galaxy? Or maybe delete it with Revo uninstaller. That way it will give you options to remove all the leftover files. So you can do 100% fresh install. I'm on the US West Coast, and the download is working for me right now.

This might sound dumb, but is it every game or just stalker? I had issue recently when one game was downloading slower than the other games.

I haven't tested other games, but I'm going to try uninstalling Galaxy at the moment.

UPDATE: No dice. It'll tell you that you're zooming along until it reaches where it was before. It's just reading already existing data.

Oh well, looks like GoG will not be the place for me to buy anything that wasn't made in the 90s to the mid 00s.

I would send in support tickets. GOG lost, I guess. Honestly, I refuse to buy Stalker 2 because it's such a big game. I'm running out of the back of space. Lol

It's fantastic, but that's understandable. It's massive.
