Asbeau: After the giveaway ends, you can click on the winner's name in Steamgifts and it will show you their email address, then click on the gift in your inventory on Steam and select the email option and add the user's address

Alternatively, you can send the person a friend invite and after they accept, click on the gift in your inventory and choose the 'send through Steam' option, select that user from your list of friends and Steam will do the rest

You could also send the person a friend request and trade them the gift, but I never do that because the other ways are easier and work well enough.
Thank you, that helps enormously :)

Azrael360: Reinvited, just because you never won anything, and everyone deserves to win at least something... (:P)
Welcome back!

In SteamGifts you can gift in many ways, depending of your preference: the SteamGifts site itself offers a way to send Humble Bundle Gift Links and Steam Keys to the winner. So, if from Humble Bundle you don't have a way to generate a Gift Link, it's okay to gift Steam Keys too. And of course, you can also send them via e-mail or chat if you want. The site doesn't support Indie Gala Gift Links or Steam Gifts, so those should be sent using the other methods instead.
Thanks! I'm not that unlucky actually, it's more that I must have entered maybe two giveaways.

Does it take some time for the invite to register with SteamGifts? I've accepted the invite on Steam, but when I try to create a giveaway the GOG group isn't listed. I tried going to a giveaway to check and it does say I'm not part of the group. I've tried deleting cookies just in case. Is this just a matter of waiting?

You need to manually sync accounts. After that you'll be able to create giveaways.

https://www.steamgifts.com/account/profile/sync
^ Sync your account with the button in the top right, and you should be in. Welcome back!

Thanks! I didn't know about the sync button, I tried logging out and in again several times, I thought that would have been enough.

You URLs are not correct; typically the URLs for the giveaways include the name of the game.
A random example from SteamGifts is https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/eJbEZ/the-witcher-2-assassins-of-kings-enhanced-edition/

true, but it's enough to include the ending slash in the links given as in:

https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/EtRTk/
https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/nQky3/

so while the name is not really necessary the last slash is (which thk47 forgot to include in the link while having it in the link description)
Just bought some GMG mystery games. Want to post, but can't tell what they are. Site says they can be Steam/GOG/Origin/etc. Keys don't indicate. I'm assuming Steam since they are all 3 sets 5 five numbers? I don't want to mistakenly post Origin games on Steamgifts... any insight on how to find out which system they are for?

Thanks.
