So I'm looking at my "Orders and Settings" page and I see this item as being "purchased" 3 days ago (see screenshot). Only here's the thing... I don't remember "buying" it (it was free though). I don't remember requesting it, as I do remember requesting the free copy of Oxenfree. And I can't see it anywhere in my account. I do have Surgeon Simulator 2013 (which I have owned for a long time... longer than three days).

Anyone have any ideas what this is all about??? A free game that i can't find?? lol Or is it the same as Surgeon Simulator 2013?? And did anyone else discover this without doing anything specific to get it? (Now it's possible I did do something pro-active to request and am just forgetting... my memory is that bad... but I swear I have no memory of this game AT ALL and am wondering how it got to be listed under "My Orders" and not listed in my account.)

I was confused by this as well. As far as I can tell, it's a result of the DLC for Surgeon Simulator being merged with the base game. Nothing to worry about.

Ahh, so you got the same thing then?? Okay, that makes me feel better lol. I didn't even know Surgeon Simulator had any DLC. :P
Ah now it makes sense. So basically owners of the base game only got the DLC for free (hence the discount in the recipe) while owners of the base game and the DLC got nothing though they still received the "new" product in their order history. How confusing.
Something similar happened to me with Fallout 3. (see screenshot)
