I have Surgeon Simulator on Steam and got it now via Connect. When I buy the Anniversary DLC on Steam, will I also get it on Gog via Connect?

Any experiences with other games + DLCs?

you don't get every game that has a steam / gog version. GOG will be giving DRM versions, only and if they decide too, check out the games available on gog connect.

Due to the way steam works, Gog connect can't detect any DLC, so no.
