Recently i found a suspicious looking service on my laptop.

If i do an 'exact' name google search, i got zero results..... first time that has ever happened to me for a windows service?

Is it a legit service or not?

Nah, the old laptop is playing up, so i replaced it already with a new one.

It has already gotten very slow, but the recent trick is to randomly become unresponsive. Then even CNTRL ALT DELETE wont work. One example, this morning i tried to open a Jpeg picture. little round thinking circle pups up and stays up. I tried to open the internet - Mozilla firefox, it opened, and showed me a blank page with the thinking circle.

I scrolled a few things down, then when i wanted to bring something else up, the taskbar is stuck down, with, you guessed it, a thinking circle!... ok time to CNTRL ALT DELETE.... i press it, nothing, i press it several more times, nothing. All the other programs are now stuck behind the almighty thinking circle, have to do hard restart

Sure, but the clipboard was also just as useful 'before' this service mysteriously appeared..... its not shown on black vipers windows 10 service configuration list.... (a bit outdated now) that was my first red flag... so again, if its so important, how come all computers managed to work fine before it turned up?

Yes, tthis is kind of hidden, i only found him when i was changing config per config in my last instalation.
