Does GOG delete "removed games" from wishlists? For example, if someone wishlisted Duke Nukem 3D, is it still in his/her wishlist?

GOG does not. It remains on the wishlist and there is no known way to remove it.
I have been considering adding an option to "Get from GOG" not to import wishlisted removed games into MaGog (relatively low priority).
