Indeed. Most of this type of stuff is simply more internet drivel blown out of proportion. I tend to not pay atention to 99.9% of it. I've got better things to do with my time than to follow some (more often than not) made-up BS.

Well... everything isn't a -gate scandal... I mean, a few years ago when GOG pulled their marketing gimmick idea and it blew up in their faces, it could have been called...

- GOGgate
- Monkgate

... but TTBOMK it wasn't that I'm aware of. :)

i didn't realize Driv3r was such a mess (watching those gameplay videos in the article gave me a headache...). Is the PC version still that, or was it fixed later? Are there possibly even user-made fixes for it, like for so many other PC games?

I think I have the retail version (never played it, as you'd guess).

The video said the PC port was released a year later, so I assume that means the PC version was never quite that buggy.
