Not all GOG support tickets are made equal. Some are apparently more equal than others. Some tickets, even nowadays, actually result in replies and resolutions, or so I have been told. Others appear to have been silently abandoned.

For the latter, I have created this thread, as a place where they could share a safe space with other tickets of a similar fate. If you will, this is a support group for neglected and dejected tickets.

If you have forgotten tickets of your own that you believe would enjoy the company of their peers, feel free to list them here. Please limit yourself to tickets that fulfill all the following criteria:
1) opened in 2022 or later (under the assumption that older ones have passed on to a better place)
2) no non-automated reply in the last three weeks (or if none was ever received, opened at least three weeks ago)
3) not resolved or at least not fully resolved (this is not the thread for resolved tickets where the resolution was less than ideal, e.g. a game refunded rather than fixed)

Here are my two currently forgotten tickets:

Ticket number: 1325656
Issue: six games with different galaxy and offline installer versions (possibly version mislabeling)
Date opened: 28 June 2022
Date of last non-automated reply: 14 September 2022 (apology for lateness and no ETA for resolution)
Status: two resolved, four not

Ticket number: 1343439
Issue: broken links for two "Crypt of the NecroDancer" offline patches
Date opened: 3 August 2022
Date of last non-automated reply: never
Status: one resolved, one not

P.S. If a ticket you list later gets updated, please remember to update its status here too.

Well, not a forest, I guess. Perhaps just a fhrubbery.
I am not alone! I have experience with those
The problem: Mine are not exactly for vgames technical stuff...
And considering how the CoC is applied, that might bring trouble. Then, I have to pass

Thanks for opening this space, hopefully fellows collaborate with those related to the IT support family...

A good focal point to start empirical measures, log, grouping & tracking :)
