gameon: I dont know. I mean, if you spent loads of money on games and threw them in the ninja thread, and no-one thanked you, there would be no knowledge of where it went. Just an empty place that you threw your money away to....
If it's GOG games, you could always see who redeemed them.
Never is a waste. It's like you're saying "Hey, I gave a poor soul on the street 1 $ but there wasn't anyone passing by to see my good deed... what a waste".
I mean, it's between you and yourself in the end, but I do see your point.

I just saw that the current $2.99 weekend promo includes the whole Wing Commander series. These games were one of the few things that lit up several bad years in my life. I would really, really appreciate if any forum member could gift me any of them to have the opportunity to play them again:

I am missing Wing Commander 1+2 and Privateer in my games collection. I am extremely short on money, so if anybody think such persona as me should be able to play them, I would be really glad.

Wow, the whole Wing Commander series (I know 5 is missing) including Privateer is on PROMO. Incredible. If someone would feel realy generous to gift them all to me then I would be a happy Confed Pilot.

So I was at the store yesterday and looked through a copy PC Gamer magazine. On the cover it said "15 Greatest Laptop Games" and guess what number 1 was? Anachronox. Saying it 3 times didn't work before but if someone feels like gifting me this game I'd be extremely grateful.
