I know this post will be deleted because it's not good for sales. I have played hundreds of games, bought about $50.00 of new cards, reorganized my desks, and I win about 10% of the time. Keep in mind I got really good in the version of Gwent inside Witcher 3 and had fun. THIS NOT FUN!

I will be reviewing this in other forums in more detail.

Therefore I am deleting my account.

Edit:
I got several good replies. I was flying off the handle when I said I would delete my account so I wrote this post frustration. I just won't play this version of Gwent anymore.

Thanks for your helpful replies.

THIS! IS! SPARTA!
Okay, don't let the door hit you on the way out.

Also, who are you?

What game are you talking about?

Why delete your account over one crummy game? I'd have to delete my account 6 times over retroactively for each time I played a dud game.

(Block'Hood was a mistake.)
You're probably looking for the Gwent forums here, which is managed by CDPR: https://forums.cdprojektred.com/index.php?forums/gwent.23/

Venting to GOG here about this will do absolutely nothing for you.

Agree, what a shitty game, clearly made by EA. But on the positive side, if you buy 500$ worth of cards you can win 100% of the time.
I had higher expectations for this thread, but on the bright side I didn't spend $50 on it and didn't sink much time into it, so I'm not too disappointed.

Sorry OP - personally I avoid deck building games precisely because they seem designed to be P2W, though I did enjoy the one embedded in the Might & Magic series back when.

It took you 38 hours and 37 minutes of game time to come to the conclusion that you didn't like a game? I can usually get to that point in a couple of hours tops.

You're kinda missing the point of GoG if you think it's just to play Gwent - there are a tonne of good (non-pay to win) games on here. However, nobody here is going to stop you deleting your account - just don't expect anyone to care either.

I forgot about that. Acromage or something like that. I would travel town to town looking for the next level. It was simple and distilled fun.

Gwent is tricky in Witcher 3. But I too stopped playing card games. They want to suck the wealth out of your wallet at a regular rate. $50 on virtual cards seems high for what would be a $20 game in my crazy old-school way of pricing games as fully contained and enjoyable experiences.

Or you could behave like a normal person and just move on to something more worthy of your time.
I did not even download the whole game (Gwent). A good thing there are many thousands of other games available here, many of which I can recommend. I hear there are even other card games. There should even be a single player game based on the same lore. This is it, I think: https://www.gog.com/game/thronebreaker_the_witcher_tales

Well, I'm not happy with Gwent's management but the costs you mentioned ($50.00) weren't needed to win any games - you can play AND WIN games with easy with no $ investment at all. Countless number of new players joined pro rank in relatively short time (one or two months) without any in-game shop purchases.
