Hello!

I was hoping to grab this, but then I learned it was exclusive to the Epic Games store. Which is the equivalent of releasing a new album, except it can only be played on a Zune.

Has anyone here tried the game? What's it like? I'm going to have to get my predator fix from the 2010 AvP game.
Haven't played it, but feel it's worth spotlighting that the developer is the same one who worked on the similar licensed asymmetric multiplayer Friday the 13th game and, when the rights holders started getting into legal squabbles that monkeywrenched everything that had the Friday the 13th license on it actively, used it as an excuse to essentially abandon the game to the point that an entirely different developer bought it.

This new game may be a blast, but I have a strong reason to believe these guys didn't learn much from their time on Friday the 13th. Maybe I'll be wrong and the game will outlive the likes of other games of its type and prove to have a lasting appeal while it waits out the exclusivity period on Epic, but I doubt it.
It looks like a decent game that still need some work and some more content.

Here is a good summary of it:

No doubt it's a horrible train wreck just like the previous game these same devs worked on and then abandoned whilst it was still unfinished and highly broken, which they then later retroactively scapegoated on a false pretense.

Here is probably the best summary of the Predator game:

I've tried it out. Just the tutorial. I don't like the genre it is in so that game is clearly not for me.
There are different kind of preds you can jump onto the trees and cloak and use the weapons from the movies and games.
It is clearly not AAA game but the price reflects that, I think Epic has a refund policy too so you could try it out if you like these games.

Oh running/jumping on the trees is more fluid than I expected you can aim where you want to jumpy nice feature :P
