Yes. Trine 3 was an unfinished mess. But that means at least that they don't have to invent a new story. They can just tell the missing 2/3rds of Trine 3's story.

I'll be interested in this game if they return to 2D and actually finish the game before releasing it. Trine 1 & 2 were great. Trine 3 was hampered by awkward 3D controls and was released unfinished. Shadwen got boring quite quickly and I did't play Nine Parchments yet. So I don't expect very much from Frozenbyte anymore, but I'll be happy if they surprise me in a positive way for a change.

Trine 4 is coming ! I hope to see it here on GOG !

Probably best. Going 3D almost ruined them. I'll wish them the best.

Lost prince? What? So this isn't even going to wrap up the unfinished Trine 3? I know the story wasn't exactly the most important part of these games, but come on. This is insulting. I love the first two games, but if I buy this one at all it will be once it's at something like -80%.

Loved Trine 1 and 2, so if this is "going back to the roots" then I'm interested. Trine 3 wasn't very good, unfortunately. Hopefully it comes to Linux and here on GOG, but I sure as heck won't be pre-ordering.
