As for turning off VPN, might not be a good move. Anyhow, If I could just remember my multi-play password @?8&!!%$ or create a new multi-play account, which it will not let me do. As the above poster pointed out, I've posted several walkthroughs on gamefaqs. Actually, any poster name there as georgek, keith_i, or any name with keith or george is me, and the very first time that the two dlc's echoes of the dark past 1 and 2 gets me interested, things start going sour.

It's been 22 hours since contacting Tech. They said usually 12 to 24 hours. I don't like the world Usually. There's actually no problem with this ticket. Tech just needs to get my forgotten multi play password for me. One tiny thing bothers me though. Why would a GOG game say the serial has been used too many time? Something is rotten in Denmark!

When I try to create a new multi play account, a message says:

Error: Serial key has exceeded maximum use (xxxxxxx) the xxxxxxx is my original user name.
