I got an e-mail saying a game on my wishlist is on sale and when I click the link it takes me to the site with the game discounted (Baldur's Gate Enhanced Edition for $7.99) but when I go to the Galaxy client it lists it at $19.99...any suggestions?

Buy it through the website and DL it through Galaxy afterward? Did you add it to your cart through Galaxy and check the price during checkout? May be just a display glitch.

*edit* Just checked here on the website. Looks like it's not on sale. Weird. Gonna do a bit of exploring...

Game doesn't seem discounted to me at all, website or Galaxy.
Edit: Yup. It's a display error. Try adding it to your cart and the discount should apply automatically.

PS: How strange... the cat is right: for me the game isn't discounted either. Although it appears as 70% off if I search for it on the main page (see attachment).

You either got a phishing email or more likely one of the bugged discount emails that GOG sends from time to time about discounts that don't exist. Or even more likely what Grargar said, cause he's usually right about stuff. ;)

Okay, lots of glitch in the old website. I did exactly the same as you and it showed no discount at all. Just tried again and the discount shows. Yeah, all the deals are supposed to last until the end of the sale, but there's been some... odd glitchiness the last couple days. Anyway, glad you managed to snag it.
