Why is Meridian: New World even listed? Was going to impulse buy that but it has a game breaking bug apparently that will never be fixed by the developer. This is from 4 years ago.

Yes, that GOG version of the game will stay forever at 1.03/1.04 version and the developer said it will not/cannot be fixed (look at post #17)

Unfortunately, this update will never see the light of day on GOG. SynapseGaming has officially shut down their servers, which means SunBurn engine (the engine of Meridian) can no longer validate my studio license. This means there's no way to build a new EXE for GOG :(

So DRM on the engine has caused this. Horribly ironic.
