I was looking forward to finally play some nice games I had purchased a while ago on this fine Saturday and instead of having some fun and relaxing gaming time I spent the last two hours actually getting the fucking game to work which still hasn't happened. Fck this poop, seriously, how freaking hard can you make it for your customer to actually play the games they paid for?

I tried Galaxy, I tried the offline launcher, I tried uninstalling and restalling over and over and nothing freaking works, it's a freaking travesty. I'm so freaking pissed off right now, my weekend is ruined. How do I get my freaking money plus emotional damage payments back? Fck this poop, what a freaking travesty!!!

What game is it? Also what operating system are you using? And what error do you get?

You have to contact the support.

https://support.gog.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000487189-Money-Back-Guarantee-Policy

4. HOW DOES IT WORK?

If, within 30 days after the purchase of your game, you experience technical problems or game-breaking bugs that prevent you from finishing your game, contact our customer support. They will do their best to help you fix the problem and if, at the end of their attempts to solve the problem your game is still not working, we'll give you back your money.

Yeah, maybe you should try your luck investing in a game console or a toaster.

You already posted about your inability to get Gothic running on your machine in a very inappropriate manner, and didn't even try to accept the help given by people who didn't have to help you to begin with.

Now you're throwing a fit. To what purpose? If your shopping cart wasn't budging because you forgot to take off the brakes at the shopping market, would you stand in the middle of the building and start complaining like a child, or would you try to figure things out?

"How do I get my fucking money plus emotional damage payments back?"

Is this for real or just regular trolling?? :|

I've heard some people complain that the younger, urban generations seem to want everything 100% perfect otherwise everything's ruined and they get panic attacks. I don't know wether it's true or not, but I do know that recent (2019) GOG users seem to get awfully pissed, awfully quick.

If a real catastrophe like the one in 1929 occurs, I wonder how people will react.
You might try detailing the actual issue, along with the specs of your porn laden toaster that you are trying to install and run the game on.
Door's on your left. I doubt GOG would want someone like you as a customer in the first place.

A slight level of technical competence is generally thought as entry level when dealing with games made before this decade.

You might want to grow up and think of editing your post. You sound like a spoilt brat.
