GOG started as something different from what it is now. You should know, if you were here in 2012.
Folks here were mainly interested about "good old games". Imagine Home of the Underdogs with a forum and actually selling games. Games that had long been difficult or impossible to run on modern hardware. GOG's efforts was making that possible. There was a quite tight friendly community.
Then they decided to target a wider audience, offering modern games, both indies and major titles, whenever they could secure a deal. These modern games would make company to the Witcher series, from CDPROJEKT.
Fast forward to december 2020.

Doomjedi: Simply put, list every game you were considering buying on gog.com this sale previous to Devotion being removed to appease Chicomm paid trolls, and chose not to because of it, ideally with the local price you would've paid in your local currency.
Too many to list - was planning on buying a lot to reduce my wishlist. Didnt buy anything. Did get ~3 free games though.
Bought at itch.io instead of here:
* Alwa's Awakening
* Alwa's Legacy

(With that said, I did buy that Castlevania/Contra collection here; it may not be the best collection of these games, but I think it's good as a historical relic, to see how ports were around that time. Also, to my knowledge it's the only DRM-free digital version of these games.)
Games from GOG.com
Everything in my cart because I accidentally put already-owned games into the cart and it took too long to remove them. Sale ended, all discounts removed. No discount, no buy.
There is alot of room for improvements in regards to the UI on this platform.
Kind of mad for the money I wasted on wallet funds though.

Also I'd like to thank you for informing me about the Devotion debacle. I was blissfully unaware of it before, but GOG's/CDPR's response to this issue goes against all of my principles. Never bow to autocrats!
It's sad to see this coming from a distributor promoting DRM-free content.
Time will tell if I ever buy something from GOG again.
