Geneforge 2. I have heard a lot of good things about this game, but personally I like it less than 3, 4, and 5. (I haven't finished 1 yet) The gameplay is somewhat unbalanced, the difficulty curve is a roller coaster, and the plot is somewhat aimless....but I will power through it for the sake of completeness.
Primary game at the moment is Arcanum. I just lvoe the mix of magic and technology as well as the steampunk elements. There are not enough steampunk games out ther imho.

Secondary games atm are Master of magic, Gemini Rue and Dungeon Crawl Stone Soup
Ambermoon (amiga emulation, English translation) - Really breathtaking vivid graphics, a fantasy setting that doesn't feel generic good FPP party RPG.

Stalled:
Aleshar - World of Ice (kept getting my character's head splattered by big snow monsters in random encounters, will return to the game once I read manual/hints and work out some tactics)
Dark Sun 2 (not really a serious playthrough, just screwing about with an unorthodox party composition)

Currently playing:
Armies of Exigo,
FTL,
Puzzle Quest.

And some online games, like League of Legends and Team Fortress 2.
Playing Zork Nemisis and am a little disappointed so far. Of course I just finished The Longest Journey which is a tough act to follow.
Roller Coaster Tycoon
Planescape: Torment as a Mage
Alice: The Madness Returns
Torchlight II as an Embermage
New Super Mario Bros 2

Also just finished my latest jaunt through Fallout: New Vegas, this time siding with NCR.

Also feeling some serious gamer peer pressure regarding FTL. All my friends are playing it.. my 'buy it now' finger grows restless.

Do it. It rocks.

Playing FTL, and trying to finally make my way through Amnesia so I can do a review. Game is intense.
... now playing FTL too :).
Planescape:Torment (as a mage).

I was going to start playing one of my many Indie Bundle games as well, but PS:T has taken over all my gaming time. So everything shall wait until I'm finished.
Ur-Quan Masters
FTL
I'm just about to start playing CoD: MW3, just because the multiplayer is free this weekend on Steam. Wish me luck, I don't know if my TeamFortress experience helps there at all.

Whole last weekend I played Saints Row 3, for the same reason. No idea if I'll ever actually buy it. :)

Bah, maybe MW3 multiplayer isn't for me, I'm more into TeamFortress with its wildly different character classes. Can't tell from the MW3 single-player.
Dang Shattered Steel is harder than I remembered. I'm amazed I've finished the game at the hardest difficulty level before (a long time ago), now I can't get past the fifth or sixth mission (an optional "defend the pitmine" mission). It is great fun shooting the hordes of enemies rushing to destroy the buildings, but they always manage to destroy at least two of them => mission failed.

Especially considering all the hate the game is getting, I'm surprised how much I still like it though. But then, I have a soft spot for mission-based (semi-)mech games. One of those games that seem to divide people, even in the SS GOG forums people seem to either love the game, or hate it with passion. I guess I am in the former group, albeit I do find the difficulty level (Insane) a bit maddening.

Now, when am I going to finally finish e.g. Baldur's Gate and Dungeon Keeper: Deeper Dungeons? Too many distractions, I've been enjoying even Tomb Raider 1 lately. Funny how I am using my new kickass laptop to play TR1, instead of Batman: AA, Bioshock 1-2, Crysis 1-2, Borderlands, Deux Ex HR, Fallout: NV etc... It is not like TR1 is genuinely a better game than those, but still.
