Right now I'm playing mainly:
X-COM: Enemy Unknown - I miss bigger maps and research trees yet I'm surprised how much I like it. So far it's only 2012 AAA release I have enjoyed thoroughly. Occasional "Can you make hard choices?!" vibe (i.e. 3 choices/1 mission) gets on my nerves but I blame recent overuse of such attribute in the industry.
Assassin's Creed 3 - Story and characters aren't so catchy as in the second installment, so I play it irregularly when I want to doze off. Encyclopedia compensates for it a bit; I got to know more about events leading to Boston Tea Party and that period in US history.
I've started playing the original Ratchet and Clank, as part of the HD trilogy. I really enjoyed the PS3 ones, so I figured I should check out the series' roots. All good so far.
Batman: Arkham City. Picked up both the GOTYE of City & Asylum on Steam & having a blast. I love all the nice little touches Rocksteady puts into the games (The third Scarecrow Nightmare, Harley Quinn in the church). Haven't finished Arkham City yet, so I'm unsure as to whether they'll be able to top Asylum in "OH SH*T!" moments (sorry for ratting on, but seriously, that third Scarecrow nightmare sequence was the high point of the ENTIRE game)
On the flip side, I don't feel claustrophobic, although Arkham City MAY have lost some of Asylum's tenseness(?). I haven't been put up against Killer Croc yet, so I'll reserve judgement for now. Furthermore, many of the Riddler puzzles now just feel like timing tests than brain-benders. but overall, City just feels bigger & better.
Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the new world (Marta seems rather lovestruck, but it makes me wonder if she likes that in the original language considering her Japanese VA

i was playing Project Zero 2 Wii Edition but it was slow and boring
Onto Duke Nukem 2 then. So much better and actually challenging. I have to worry about dying for a change, but at least there are some checkpoints now. I'll definitely have some more fun with that later tonight.
Master of Orion 3

:)
Oh well. I haven't gotten to play anything these last couple of days, but I decided to put Duke on hold and go for something a little different. I finally broke out my flightstick again to kill some space kittens. Yup, Wing Commander 1, baby! Good fun. :)
Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney
Jetpack Joyride
Oh, yeah, interesting question, you see I was getting fed up with seeing all these half finished or sometimes not even properly started games on my HD so I decided to make a list of 20 and then throw a D20 to see what to play, the rule being that I have to make significant progress (complete a level or at least get to a save point / reload point depending on the game) before I 'unlock' a re-roll
I must say that looking forward to re-rolling a mystery next game is actually often much better motivation than just seeing the next level, I've been doing this for a good couple of months but STILL haven'y finished anything! The current 20 are:

1 Masters of Olympus: Zeus
2 The (Even more) Incredible Machine
3 Driver
4 GTA Vice City
5 Splinter Cell
6 Realms of the Haunting
7 C&C Red Alert
8 XCOM (the very first DOS one, not the remake)
9 Elder Scrolls: Arena
10 Fallout
11 Cave Story+
12 Soul Reaver
13 Crimson Skies
14 Age of Empires
15 Lord of the Rings: War of the Ring
16 Enter the Matrix
17 Breath of Death VII
18 IceWind Dale
19 Bloodbowl Legendary Edition (Career mode)
20 Dragon Sphere

But sometimes after a re-roll it takes me a good 12-24hrs to motivate myself to play whatever it is but I still want to play SOMETHING so since I've started I've also slacked off from it by playing - Hammerfight, Flat Out, Fable, MTG: Planeswalkers 2013, Puzzle Quest, Hotline Miami and Aquaria!

The die said '4' - GTA:Vice City last time, good game but I'm a bit stuck on some tough missions at the moment...
Am I insane?

...Am I insane?
I have had a similar problem where I don't really finish my games (rolling a dice may not be a bad idea).
And yes you are probably a little insane, but don't worry I have yet to meet a person who owns a D20 and isn't a little insane (myself included ofc).
Dead Island
Human Revolution

Either or depending on mood :)
DeusEx Human Revolution
Rage
Diablo 2

Can't decide which to play right now. :P
First game of 2012 I ended up playing when I got home is Assassin's Creed 3. I was just in the mood for it I guess. I think I'm about done with the endless fucking tutorial now.
Fallout New Vegas & Fallout Tactics
Well I just beaten Primordia, and while I expected more, I should be satisfied that I played my first point and click adventure :)
