Crsldmc: Excellent vulchor thanks once again, how "hardcore" are the PN Rebalance features? in your opinion of course.. if they're better thant IMCNNV then I find no reason to use IMCNNV. +1

vulchor: PN includes everything I could think of for hardcore survival rules. Again, not being very familiar with IMCNNV, I'm not sure how they stack, but the thread I read where I found the compatibility issue had someone saying that PN had most everything IMCNNV did and more, so you can go by that. Here's the thread:

Excellent will read through the thread, you're awesome vulchor. +1

And huge thanks.
I have gotten addicted to Tropico again but this time with 4 :(
I will probably be getting myself addicted to The Witcher again
Installing the Rising Storm Beta
Playing some Chivalry or War of the Roses at night

NP, glad I could help. FYI, I have a ton of experience fixing compatibility issues with TES and FallOut mods. If you need some more help, I'd be glad to just send me a PM if you're not getting the answers you need from the Nexus people. Enjoy, cheers!

Excellent if I run into any issue I can't find how to fix be pretty sure I'll ask you for help. +1

And thanks one more time, I'm installing PN hehe! :) will try the IMCNNV with PN to see how it goes, I'll keep you informed.

Cheers.
I'm on my fifth playthrough of RapeLay.
I'm on an RPG and strategy game kick.

The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing
Warlock: Master of the Arcane
Mass Effect 2
I was kidding about RapeLay. Really. I was.

I'm actually bouncing between Darklands, Betrayal at Krondor, Thief 2, Gabriel Knight 1, and Legend of Grimrock on my laptop and Ico, Beyond Good and Evil, Vagrant Story, God Hand, and Fallout: New Vegas on my PS3.

How are you enjoying Van Helsing? I saw it just released on Steam and Gamer's Gate, but I really want to wait til it is available on GOG to buy. In terms other Diablo clones, how does it compare?

I'm really enjoying it, they nailed the atmosphere, loot and combat. The world design is awesome, especially with how they mix the Van Helsing mythos with a touch of Cthulhu-inspired stuff.

Only downsides are no randomized maps and no new game plus (its the first of a trilogy, so I'm assuming it transfers over to the next two).

For $13.50 its a no brainer if you like ARPGs in the slightest IMO.

It worked just fine with IMCNNV, people just have to make sure all PN esps (specially Rebalance one) are above the IMCNNV ones so it does not crash, already configurated the mod through MCM to adapt it to my requirements, so far is excellent, will really play tomorrow night, gotta hit the bed, just letting you know everything went just fine!

Cheers!

Nice, I might just have to buckle and try it out before it arrives at GOG. I looks a lot better than D3 actually, just from the official trailer and gameplay teaser. I hope its longer than just a few hours.

Thanks for the update, I'm glad it worked! I think you'll enjoy the amount of customization and new content PN brings to your New Vegas experience. New Vegas is really such a great game who's full potential unfortunately wasn't realized by the vanilla product available on store shelves. But those guys at Obsidian are masters of the cRPG craft, and the mod scene for the Bethesda games are second to none.

vulchor: Again, I don't play games for combat. The mouse control in SH4 was frustrating, not at all like a PC game should be. The inconvenience of the "room" as the single save spot, also console-spawned garbage that doesn't belong in a PC game. And just because you ran away alot in the combat doesn't detract from the fact that the game was designed with combat as the main challenge in the game, instead of psychological head-thriller puzzles. Anyway, all I did was warn him to not get his hopes up man. You falll into the category of a huge fan of the series, so of course you like it. I was disappointed, being the type that thought SH 1-3 were fun, but nothing groundbreaking.
I understand you didn't like the game, but that doesn't give you the right to lie about it! :P :P Ok, the combat in the game was altered to have some diversity, I'd say. But the game wasn't combat focused, imho, not only because many enemies are immortal, but... there aren't any boss battles except for the one at the end. There weren't many puzzles, I give you that.

But I really, really liked the story. Much more than prophecy-children bullshit from SH3, not to mention this "I am your father" revelation.

Get over it dude, an opinion cannot be a lie. And there is nothing wrong at all with you liking the game you like. That's why the developers went the direction they did with it, to do something new and different to see if it would appeal to different people. I am highlighting my disappointment with said direction, which you need to understand is just as right and acceptable as your opinion. I never called you a liar. We just have different tastes.
Is it just me, or does the game world in GTA: Vice City feel much more cramped than in GTA 3? As in all the streets are much tighter and more narrow, much less room to move around, you don't see miles ahead of the road or city ahead of you (even though draw distance is set to maximum in game options) etc.?

Maybe it changes later in the game. Or maybe it has partly to do how the default view is closer and lower behind your car, as what it was in GTA 3.

Or is it because the game was originally for PS2, and they wanted to make the graphics look flashier on it than on GTA 3 (which they are), but had to lower the draw distance somehow to keep the framerate up?
