Proof

As for the next one: my friend's daughter used to play it a lot at my C64 and this tune was driving me crazy... But seeing a big smile on her lovely face was more than enough to keep me sane ;)

Correct. And in some parts of the world it was simply known as Cuban Missile Crisis.
