Hi,
I've wanted to play as El Presidente for a while now. Everyone in reviews says Tropico 4 is the best with most features.
It's currently down as £12.49 for the base game and another £12.49 for all the DLC's and Modern Times Expansion.
I want to get DRM-free version rather than the Gold Edition that is for £4.00 on Amazon, which I'm told has a mandatory Steam activation. Although i don't mind registering one-off for the Kalypso launcher, I don';t want to open a Steam account.
Massive difference between £4.00 and £24.00.
When will this go on sale, as it has before, I think?
Or where can I get a DRM free version or just Kalypso launcher version that is otherwise offline play?
