Did some research on games that were ported to PC and published by Expert Software, these may be easy for GOG to release since they already exist as PC titles.
Only possible issue is that Expert Software was acquired by Activision so I don't know if the publishing rights to these versions still remain with Activision or if the rights reverted to Sega,
- Sonic CD
- Daytona USA (Licensing issues)
- Daytona USA Deluxe (Licensing issues)
- Virtua Cop
- Virtua Fighter PC
- Virtua Fighter 2
- Virtua Squad
- Bug!
- Panzer Dragoon
- Last Bronx
- Sonic R
- Sonic & Knuckles Collection
- Sega Rally Championship
- Sega Touring Car Championship
- Sega Puzzle Pack
- Sega Smash Pack
- The House of the Dead
- Manx TT Super Bike (Licensing Issues)
- NBA Action 98 (Licensing issues)
- Garfield: Caught in the Act (Licensing Issues)
- Cyber Troopers: Virtual - On
- Formula Karts
- Sonic Schoolhouse
- Worldwide Soccer Championship
I may be missing one or two titles but all of the above are PC versions with many having additional features compared to the arcade versions where applicable.
