Hello Fellas,

GOG Newbie here, thought the sale goes till 31 March. While i was in the paying menu (15:12/3:12 pm), the price for my games went up from 40 bucks to around 120. Im am very disappointed (even it is somehow my fault) now with my first experience on gog...

I have no idea why they picked the 30th particularly, but in general when GOG is having a big sale they put a countdown on the main page so you can see how long you have left. I'm sorry to hear you missed out though.
GOG usually likes to end its sales on Mondays.

GoG also used to have the time limit end at night.
Don't worry, there'll be other sales coming soon enough.

And welcome to GOG. :)

Spectre: GoG also used to have the time limit end at night.
For those members for whom this is particularly important, emigrate to Australia.

Sales end at midnight local time.

Or stay away. The exchange rate is dreadful.

sure, thx man but there were exactly my games on sale and i get my new notebook tomorrow, playing for around 10 years only on consoles.

Games Like Vampire (ok the only game i still get a discount because welcome offer), stalker (there is no rpg shooter game like this around), good old dead space, legend of grimrock 2 (loved the first one), wasteland 2 (definitively a pc game) and so on...

:((((

i am so unlucky this week. got the info that the notebook i ordered on saturday got also a discount yesterday and the next graphic update were just 50 bucks. oh boy.

Waiting until the last day to buy games is not a good idea on GOG as they had a server overload this weeked again due to too many attempting to buy games. It is a bit too common with prioblems like that.

Welcome to GOG!

It's often inaccurate though. Relying on GOG fr time information is like a Sun dial at night.

Since you're new, and maybe unaware, if you have Stalker games on Steam, you can reclaim them here.

Here's a link for a small list of games you could reclaim:

https://www.gog.com/reclaim

All the best!
I "bought" the spring sale goodies collection #1 (free) and tried to download the soundtracks and art books but couldn't... it kept telling me that I was out of space on the HD (but I have 200+Gig free and was able to download another game, etras, etc) .... then got up this morning and found that my collection is gone from my game list... anyone else have this issue?
