Banned because you need to sleep! Sleep is a really vital aspect that any banning officers should regulate in their lives in order to be able to perform optimally and serve GOG the best they can. The lack of it might result in a misban (if that's even a thing lol) as the banning officer becomes more prone to mistakes in their judgement due to a drop in their concentration.
