The topics are both literally hate-speak.

Perhaps the author is trying to make a point about the state of neglect, when even obvious breaches of the rules are left without punishment?

Isn't the weekend a popular time for people to visit Gog, especially during a major sale?

It is as unfathomable, unprofessional and unforgivable. (There must be zero oversight for it to have not been removed with multiple reports raised and a duration over 3 hours, and counting ….)
Well, all things aside, the current situation lead me to back up my entire GOG library (about 450 games) to an external harddrive. Not to be too dramatic about anything, but mostly because I always wanted to do that and now seemed as good a time as any.

Anyhow, point being, it's actually much more comfortable than I thought to have it like this, and not think about if I should download this or that now, but rather just install it whenever (my internet is up to 5 mb/s, so not super slow, but still can take some time for some titles).

I also ended up downloading all Humble DRM-frees I got, which turned out to be 60 games or so, which I largely overlooked so far (also found a Deadspace 2 Steam-key in there...).

I know what ya mean....I had to back my stuff up to my PC, and some of the larger games took around an hour to DL fully(40GB+ games).

I also let my DLing slide...but at least now I keep it updated as best I can and have most stuff DLed.
