The Witcher Universe Collection sale - https://www.gog.com/promo/2020_springsale_witcher - gives a larger discount for owning / buying more games, however it lists Witcher 3 GotY as one item and the base Witcher 3 game, the two expansions, and the expansion pass as individual items. So in my case, owning Witcher 3 GotY, it still lists the base Witcher 3 game, the two expansions, and the expansion pass as items I don't own and that are available for purchase.
Now it seems that you don't need to buy duplicates of Witcher 3 content to get the max discount, but it's confusing seeing 4 items that I technically own being available for purchase. I assume it is equally confusing for other Witcher 3 owners, since someone who bought both the expansions individually would see the expansion pass as unowned, and visa versa, and both would see the GotY edition as a purchasable option.
