I am relatively new here so please be kind...I had to reinstall my PC's os yesterday. My X4 saves are still intact but they won't load. I can choose them on the opening page, then it looks like it's going to start but goes right back to the options screen. Does anyone have any suggestions? GOG's cloud sync looks like it's working so I don't think that's the problem.

I have not delved in X4 yet, but if anyone should know this is the place to ask. You're currently on the general discussions thread, not the game/series-specific one.
