It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Time4Tea: Ok, looks like I missed a couple. I still need to try out your tool :-)

Seriously, it wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that, just based on that list, there have probably been more games I am interested in released on Zoom Platform this year than there have been on GOG.
avatar
mrkgnao: Most of the games on this list (all but three, I believe) have long been available on GOG.
That's fair. Although, in all honesty I would struggle to name 3 games GOG have released this year that I would seriously consider buying.

I will probably upload an update shortly, which has shortened the number of TAB button clicks to one. That single click initiates a search for some unique text at the bottom of the game page. Doing that search makes the Game page keep loading until all games are displayed.

Meanwhile though, I have kept playing with CURL and or POST and trying to get them working, which would mean that update isn't necessary and be replaced by a better one.

Maybe, but shame about the price for most of them.
I have many there on my wishlist there, but price is stopping me buying them.
Guess I am spoiled by GOG's never-ending sales.

mrkgnao: You don't need Curl. Any language that supports a web-like interface will support POST commands.

Google "autoit post request" and you'll find lots of AutoIt examples.
Yeah I know AutoIt should be capable of doing what I need, and that was what I was researching and trying earlier, but still not had any success with.

I am missing something, perhaps the extras commands mentioned by SlackR84.
I tried what I could see in the first image he posted, but the end might be truncated ... and what I used just kept returning host errors anyway ... perhaps because I wasn't using Firefox or Windows 10, though I also made unsure adjustments for those.

Instll firefox, do what I posted in the screenshot and the CURL command (with all required parameters) will be in the clipboard.

Paste into a notepad file, uninstall firefox, use what you have in notepad

Edit:
Infact, I have just done it for you and stripped out all the unrequired data: https://pastebin.com/BEqNNVff

The only concern is around the token and cookie, but it should be possible to load the page in the background, grab them and then use it in the post command - assuming the one above expires.

Best software ive found for experimenting with this is - https://insomnia.rest/

You can just copy that curl command and paste into insomnia and it will let you see if you get the data back.

I might try with Comodo IceDragon (Firefox clone), as I have that installed to overcome a silly IndieGala issue with the Brave browser.

I was a long term Mozilla and then Firefox user, but they annoyed me one time too many a few years ago, so I avoid them like the plague, same with IE. I even tolerate Opera at need. Firefox, except in Comodo IceDragon form is dead to me.

Oh, you have that too? Error 15? Been getting that one on Vivaldi lately, and since I just have Vivaldi and IE and on IE I can't log on IG, blocked me out of it. But it just started recently, hadn't happened so far, though a search turned up a thread from 2017 mentioning it often happening with Vivaldi...

Alas even though I was able to get the full string from Comodo IceDragon, I was unable to get it working in a BAT file with curl. It kept saying something about URL or format error.

With your pastebin code in a BAT file I get a Host error.

Time for bed now.

Tomorrow I might check out Insomnia.

Yep, that's the one. The issue came out of the blue ... maybe some Brave update issue or IndieGala site update issue.

I tried to resolve the issue with Support and many emails.

Ironically, despite the silly proxy message, I could use IndieGala with or without VPN in Opera.
Opera uses too much memory though, and I also had Comodo IceDragon installed which is very much lighter on memory, and that worked.

I only visit IndieGala with Comodo now, as I cannot logout of Brave for IndieGala, and if I visit with Brave I gotta log back in with Comodo each time, with annoying captcha.

There are a bunch of other games that were also just released on Zoom Platform today:

Fall of the New Age
In Fear I Trust
Mystery Castle: The Mirror's Secret
Namarial Legends: Iron Lord
Renoir
The Book of Desires
Twilight City: Love As A Cure

I'm not aware of any of those being on GOG. The full list is posted on their news page.

Indeed.
Maybe they became aware of this thread ... LOL

Though I see they also listed - New Titles Added - 2021-03-27
But that may have been done posthumously.

Oh well, nothing like a newly created redundant program in the software world ... ha ha ha.

Ah, okay, thanks for letting us know.

Clearly been a little while since I looked at the News feed, maybe early March or February. And in my prior visits not much to make it worth revisiting often.

If I'd only known of course, I wouldn't have bothered with my program or wasted time lately with the POST code (sic).

Anyway, maybe I will eventually turn my program into a price checker or etc.

Currently I guess it does or can tell you some things not in the News posts ... a alphanumeric history record for one.

News feed vanished for ages, I think it only came back early March/end of Feb, so matches up with why you wouldn't have seen it

Even though my program ZOOM Checker is somewhat redundant, I have updated in to v1.2.

Download - https://github.com/Twombs/ZOOM-Checker/releases/tag/v1.2

The main feature of this update, is the option of having the GO button change to LOAD instead of TAB.

Screenshot - Zoomcheck_dropbox_6.png

You enable this option, by a right-click menu entry of the GO button.
PLEASE NOTE - This can probably be called experimental, and may not work for everyone or maybe not reliably ... so don't interact with your browser etc during the process.

Basically, clicking the LOAD button attempts to load all game page sections one after the other, with just the one click.

Despite being somewhat redundant, some handy features remain.
(1) Clicking the GO button loads the 'Games' page in your browser ... so a quick way to go directly to that.
(2) Follow it with clicking the LOAD button after the 'Games' page has fully loaded, and it saves on manually scrolling to see the full list of games.
(3) If you then click the SAVE button, and process the saved web page via drag & drop with the ZOOM Checker, you then have a record of changes, somewhat different to what you see on the 'News' page ... especially if any removals have occurred ... unless the ZOOM Platform are going to start reporting on that too.
(4) You gain a simple viewer for all games and when they were added, in mostly alphanumeric order.
(5) You gain a text file list of all games, in alphanumeric order ... with new additions indicated by a trailing (NEW).

Could well be, though my memory of the 'News' page doesn't have new games added being mentioned. That said, it has only been several months since I became aware of the store, and started checking it ... primarily due to Duke 3D.

---------------------------------------------------------------

Latest additions to the ZOOM Platform detected by my program in the last few hours, are the following. These have been mentioned above by Time4Tea.

Fall of the New Age - Premium Edition (NEW)
In Fear I Trust: Episodes 1-4 Collection (NEW)
Mystery Castle: The Mirror's Secret (NEW)
Namariel Legends: Iron Lord - Premium Edition (NEW)
Renoir (NEW)
The Book of Desires (NEW)
Twilight City: Love As A Cure (NEW)

Is it written for Windows or is it cross-platform? I'm not a Windows user, I use Linux.
