With 700+ games discounted up to 90% off, daily special Bundle Deals, a constant stream of exciting Flash Sales, and some fantastic surprise giveaways, we launch into the season of gaming joy!

The biggest celebration of DRM-Free gaming this season is right now, right here on GOG.com! It's warm and nice outside, the summer draws ever closer, so let's make sure it's full of fantastic games. There's no one good way to spend your summer, but we know well that gaming can make every single one of them better. So, whether you plan to stay inside, hike into the wilderness, or take a boat into the calm sea, we'll make sure your laptop is filled with great DRM-Free games you can enjoy anytime, anywhere. To that end, we're holding our [url=http://www.gog.com]2014 DRM-Free Summer Sale!

Each day we'll present you with at least two special Bundle Deals with a selection of of great classics and indies available up to 90% off! As usual, you'll be able to buy just selected titles out of the bundle with a slightly lower discount, or complete your collection with just the ones you're missing, retaining the higher discount rate. Let's take a look at our offers for today, shall we?

Today, we seriously mix things up to bring you both lighthearted comedy as well as dark and morbid horror. The Legacy of Kain Saga is the Full House of gaming with its family themes and colorful presentation. Across four episodes ironically titled Soul Reaver, Soul Reaver 2, Blood Omen 2, and Defiance the series explores the relation between Kain, a authoritative father with obvious god complex, and Raziel, his rebellious son with questionable fashion sense. The story also includes many of their relatives from extended family, that cannot help but to make a mess in their imaginary homeland called Nosgoth. Hilarity ensues! All this cheerful moments for only $5.96 (that's 75% off!). The other of our offers today, is bound to chill the blood in your veins with its terrifying setting alone. The Deponia Complete Trilogy takes place on a distant planet. A planet, that long ago must have been not so different from our own Earth. Yet now, it is a grim and dark place that suffered a tragic environmental disaster. The surface of the planet is now completely covered with waste. Toxic rain flushes the pollution deep into the ground, poisoning it and making the land barren. Way above, there's the remaining enclave of civilization, housing the remnant of the human race. Now imagine one of them, a defenseless girl, falls down to the toxic junkyard below. Even though she doesn't die instantly poisoned with every imaginable toxin, her future looks grim. The wasteland is filled with danger, and soon she'll find out that she is not alone among the towering piles of garbage. What strange mutated monsters could have survived in such conditions? And what do they eat? The horror! All the thrills for just $11.97 (that's 80% off!). There you have it, a mix of laughter and cries of despair to fill your weekend with gripping gaming. Or did we overdo the mixing?

On top of that, almost all of our catalog has been discounted by up to 50%. On top of that, our front page is overflowing with excellent Flash Sales on single games. You can grab them up to 90% as well, but don't take to long, as they come and go pretty fast! Why don't you head out to GOG.com front page, and see what's happening right NOW!

SeduceMePlz: Flash sales? Really?! Fuck that.

I won't be buying any games here until you get back to a sales structure that respects my time.
Be happy if you get a game you want on a flash sale. Wait for the next sale if you miss it. It's that easy!

Oh, by the way... You can get most games at a "regular" 50% off discount at any time during this two and a half week long sale. Is this "time respecting" enough?

People these days... Honestly. Give them 75% or more discount and they'll complain...

gandalf.nho: Hope they repeat these sales, just saw I lost at least 2 games of my wishlist in the 3 first flash sales...
Which ones, if I may ask? I got 5 gift keys in the first hour or so, so maybe I have what you're looking for.

cyboff: use GOG Downloader, downloads are faster: http://www.gog.com/downloader

Green Hilltop: Thanks! I didn't know that, I just thought it's a handy feature to get the downloads and other things in one click. For some reason I felt like it's full of bugs and glitchy, did it use to be that way back in 2010/11?
well, sadly I wasn't aware that GOG even exist in that time ...

Yeah, because your time is valuable. Where would the world be now if there weren't so many of you?

GOG has been doing this for a long time now. The difference between GOG flash sales and everyone else's is that GOG usually has at least one day where all of the sales come back at once.
Hmm. "Papers, Please." I'm going to be cheeky and gift this to someone I know who works in the local passport office.
Bundle question. This has likely been asked, but I'm at work and can't at this moment flip through 10 pages (plus Sinistar's thread). If so, would someone mind pointing me to the answer?

I only have 2 games in the D&D bundle. What happens to those when I buy it? I believe all items in a bundle must be gifted at the same time, so I'm guessing I can't just pick and choose what to gift from the purchase. I have NWN (from W3 preorder) & IWD - will those just go away when I buy the set?
A very nice sale, indeed, GOG! Thanks!

I just experienced my first ever purchase problem when trying to buy "Papers, Please". Gog couldn't verify the transaction, so didn't give me the game, but I could see the pending transaction on my bank site. But I've contacted support and am pretty sure they'll clear this up soon...

I noticed a few others are also having purchase problems. Maybe more customers than they expected, but that's a good thing :)

UPDATE:
WOW -- that was fast! While I was typing this message (with only a few minutes having passed since trying the purchase and then contacting support), GOG has already manually verified the purchase and added the game to my account. This is my first time having to use GOG support and I'm VERY IMPRESSED with the speed of resolution. Keep up the good work!

Thanks!
Justin

If you click on it you still get the 80% discount but the price is minus the games you already own. With NWN alone, It goes down to 19.11 for the full bundle. You shouldn't get keys for them because of this.

That said, the D&D bundle always happens when I never have money for it! *facedesks*

Budejovice I'm pretty sure what happens is this... if you buy the bundle as a "Gift" you'll get a "Gift" code containing ALL the games, but when you redeem the gift code, they system will split the two you have already into another, new gift code.

If you buy outright, your library gets all the games EXCEPT the two you have, which again, the system will create a gift code containing those two games you already own.
Damn. Just missed the Witcher 1 and 2 sale :( Any idea if they will get them on sale again later during the summer sale?

Didn't click to buy it yet, so didn't notice that. Thank you!

I avoided buying too many of them when they became available for Mac because I knew this was coming.

You can either buy the whole set by clicking on the "buy now" button there and all games will be marked as gifts, so you can redeem only the ones you want, or click on the promo bundle box (but not the green buy now button) and you'll end up at a normal promo page where you can delete the games you already have. You can do so with the "buy now" check-out too, but you have to hover over each of the items and press the little 'x' that appears next to them, so the promo page is easier to navigate and you'll see how the price changes as well.

Oooh really? I didn't know this - to check, my price for the D&D bundle is 21.00 (give or take a quarter or two) in the US, and I don't own any of the games (I'll be fixing that later ;) ). So take a look and see if you have it for less than that.
Thanks everyone!
Aww! Damn! Should have done this little earlier. Green Man Gaming raped my credit card over the past seven days with their summer sale. :(

I'll squeeze something out of it yet, but nowhere near the amount I'd like to spend here.

Broke down and got the D&D set...own them all on disk but I like to support GOG (especially like their efforts to keep older games running on newer machines).... this sale is going to kill my paypal balance... :)
