I recently run 6 giveaways, 5 all went smoothly and 5 people were happy with their games they won.

Steeled - the winner of the remaining giveaway has not contacted me after several attempts by me for a week now.

How long do I leave it until I give the game away to someone else?

Whats the point of entering if you don't wont to win..?!

Could be that he is a forum lurker more than anything, I dont recognize the handle. have you sent him a PM?

If you dont want to wait any longer just re-choose a winner and explain that due to the length of time that has passed a new winner has been chosen.

However long you want to wait is up to you, but for courtesy sake a week is about what I'd wait to re-elect a winner.

I have PM'ed them and responded in the actual forum thread but still no reply.

I'll give it to the end of the month - if not heard from them I'll pick another winner.

I'd give it another week or two to be safe. He could conceivably have been away from the site for the last week - he's not a regular poster, after all, so there's a chance he just doesn't visit very often. You could try send him another PM to remind him and to tell him about the deadline and then also replay directly to his post so that he has no chance of missing the message next time he visits.

Ultimately at this point whatever you decide is fair. As Cleidophoros said: your rules.

Just to let you helpful folks know, Steeled contacted me today and I gifted the game.

10days since winning - Im glad I took everyones advice and waited.
