So guys you may find be a bit silly for asking here, but you never know who might know the answer.

Any ways recently my wife's tablet upon boot up gets an error message ( unfortunately home has stopped working )
and its persistent when you press OK it just re appears and resetting doesn't fix it either.

So I would be very grateful if anyone possibly knew a solution as I would love to fix it for her.

Best bet would be go into the settings and do a factory reset which sets it up as if it had just been taken out of the box.

This does wipe everything on there so backup anything important to your PC. Games and apps will need downloading again but easy enough done.

I have had to do it with my phone a few times and it sorts issues out in most cases.

I have tried finding other solutions but without avail this was my last resort but it worked thank you very much
