A "thematic" bundle. Will include "remastered classics from the 90s", and at least one game developed especially for the bundle in each bundle occurrence (or whatever its called).

Part of me is going "Nooooooooooooooo!". The other part of me that compulsively buys games is obviously rejoicing.

Having piles of DRM free games, even if most aren't even close to AAA type titles, makes me feel good. Plus most of them can probably be powered by the average phone's CPU if they ever take away our computers:)

Hmm surprised to see Gnome is involved with a bundle, not that it's a bad thing, it's positive. :)

He is a blogger, talks a lot about old games and adventure games.

I knew he had a project for a game, but did not know they already have an studio up and running, and now creating this bundle.

I'd say this bundle might be focused on adventure titles, might.

Yeah, I saw mention of that on Gnome's Lair. Curious as to what exactly they mean by "One of them will belong to a genre that has never before been included in any sort of gaming (indie or not) bundle". I could see it being a genre that has never been in one of these "digital PWYW" type bundle, but "any sort"? Unless the game is literally in a genre of its own, I find that hard to believe. I'm pretty sure there have been even hardcore flight sim bundles in one place or another at some time.

Yes kinda hard to believe, maybe it's a game crossing several genres thus making a genre of its own.

But a flight sim bundle, huh? Never heard of any before.
I'm kinda inclined to read it the game ,belonging to a the genre, has never been in a bundle before
could be wrong but it does seem to make more sense that way

that does seem to suggest that a lot of them will have been in other bundles though so who knows

This might be of interest to some here: https://twitter.com/BundleInABox/statuses/175630233624514560
They anounced on Twitter that all games will come with DRM free downloads and most with Steam and Desura keys.

More in the vein of Humble Bundle.
