I meant Twitcher enhanced was free to those who owned the original.
I never said anything about Blizzard, but you bring up a good example of the difference. It's one thing to plan to make something in the future but release the a whole game without having made that stuff and then develop and release it later, so long as the initial game is actually a full finished game. It's another thing entirely to make the game, then withhold content already in the game in order to sell it later for extra. Or to intentionally release the game with half assed parts in order to sell some overpriced mini-expantion you planned to make later. Like the ending of Fallout 3.
