so th tuckfard from IT decided that gog.com was worth blockng so from now on unless I use logmein I cant access the forums. I will go get a coffee and relax because the 5 of them together weight under 250 pounds and if I walk in there I will bring them pain and misery.

Those barracuda spam/firewalls can sometimes accidentally block white-listed domains in software updates (like AV definition updates). Or IT could have manually did it to help make you more productive :) Either way I would ask them about it.

Another possibility if you discover it was purposely blocked is to set up remote desktop on your home machine and use that to browse. Good luck - hope it all works out.
