Love the and [url=http://pics.mobygames.com/images/covers/large/943675474-00.jpg]Wasteland box arts that were already mentioned earlier in this thread. I also love the book-like quality of the Baldur's Gate II, Icewind Dale and Icewind Dale II boxes, really like the Might and Magic VII box art, and think the box for Ultima VII is pretty bad-ass.

Even though I don't like the game, I am partial to the box art for Another/Out of This World
The lightning in the background is almost a mimic of the middle-ground character's pose, which I think really captures the idea of an alternate dimension. Also, I like the way that the beast in the foreground is disguised as a shadow at first glance. Great box art.

Maybe a bit biased, as this was the game of my childhood, but I love how much is going on in this picture. I also like how you can see all the lemmings using their various abilities in the background (though I not sure why there's a boxer lemming at the bottom of the box. I don't remember that).
