Original Ars Technica article:

Today, after analyzing the new Dungeon Keeper's gameplay at length, the British Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) ruled against an e-mail campaign for the game in the UK, specifically disagreeing with its claims that the game was "free-to-play."
Not really hurting EA but it's nice that someone notices.

Good for the ASA, although EA should also be punished for the bogus claims that they made in their original response to the ASA complaint.
This only further pushes EA into a sinkhole in the ground of game companies I despise for taking wreckless advantage of consumers and straight out ripping people off. I'm so glad they haven't received a dime from me in 8 years.
haha well its a bit too late i think the studio that made the new dungeon keeper got canned by ea

Mythic were also basically forced to turn Ultima Forever into F2P, too. I hope the individual developers get the chance to work for companies that aren't complete arses.
