Since I couldn't find a thread about this topic yet, I thought why not start one; even at the risk of annoying those who'd rather learn about releases than announcements. ;)

The second Bundle-in-a-box is said to start on next Friday (the 14th) and this time the theme apparantly is "Deep Space". So let the speculations begin! Will it be released punctually this time, just as announced ? And what indie games would fit the theme and might get included?

I'd be amazed if SPAZ doesn't end up in it. I really hope they publicize it more this time, I felt kind of bad for the guys last time. :/
I'm interested. There have been a lot of indie space games in recent times, so I'm all for getting a few of them cheap.
An ftl celebration bundle ?
There is a new indie game called FTL that just so happens to be releasing on the 14th. I watched the TotalBiscuit "WTF is..." video on youtube and in it TB mentions it's being released on GOG and Steam. It's a very Deep Space potential game I think so I wouldn't be surprised if it was included in that sort of indie bundle.

*Hah! Telika beat me to it. :)

I dunno. Having the game show up in a bundle on the same day it hits GOG would hurt GOG's sales quite a bit.

Ah, remember the Botanicula/Humble Bundle fiasco?

More or less. But, there was an option to preorder the game in that case, which was what pissed off a lot of people.
How about Strange Adventures in Infinite Space? It was part of another bundle already, but that didn't stop BIB last time. Personally I'd welcome that since I missed it and from what I heard it's quite nice.

I'd also be happy about Saira, but I guess that wouldn't exactly count as "Deep Space", just because it's got planets and a starship in it. ;)

I'm hoping for Mass Effect 3; I'd buy that for a dollar...
I know for a fact that Bundle in a Box does include a day one new release game, but it's not FTL. It's still really good, but I figured I would keep people from getting their hopes up for something that is definitely not happening.

Is it Tryst? That game comes out on Sept. 14th as well.

Ah, shoot. I was hoping to avoid a guessing game, but if I stay quiet you might think you're right and get all disappointed. It's not Tryst.

It's an indie game that hasn't had a public release date set, and is probably not what you would expect. That's all I will say from here on out, I like the people running the bundle far too much to spoil it.

Inquisitor ? but it was already released !?

Fair enough, no more guessing. Looks like the Bundle-in-a-Box site is down due to those GoDaddy problems.
Edit: And it's back.
