Wing Commander III: Heart of the Tiger (GOG)

To enter yourself for consideration into the Academy, please submit the following:

- A picture of your favorite starship/starfighter/spaceship/etc. from any game, movie, or tv series.

Please also note that to be eligible for the Academy, you must have registered with the GOG forum in Dec 2012 or earlier and have 20+ reputation.

I don't mind telling you that I'd kill for anything Wing Commander. I'm a game freak and I've never ever played one of those so I am WAY IN on this.

For my ship I went to the movies and I went with sophistication over prowess.

My favorite starfighter has got to be the bubble fighter from Lost in Space (The 1998 version, sorry original fans) I just love how it moves and turns, just like how I have to move and turn with my plane/car/ship in videogames.

I'm downloading all the pictures people are posting. Think I'll make a groovy new wallpaper out of them.

I was actually going to post some of my favorites, but I didn't want someone who wants to enter the contest to feel like I've taken away those options. So maybe after the contest closes people can continue to post pictures of cool/favorite starships. Make your wallpaper even better. :)
