Azilut: I don't think Amazon accepts PayPal. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, though.
Correct, Amazon Payments and PayPal are competitors, so PayPal is a no-go on Amazon.

Their non-Steam downloads work great, they don't add any DRM of their own so you get easy to use installers just like GOG. Speeds are ridiculously high for me.

It's not as easy as faking an address though, like I said above. I use my Georgian Visa, which officially has a US address, but I get a message saying "game downloads are only for US customers," despite being a US citizen and having a 10 year old account with them. I have to use my mom's Visa from the States.

I can second the fact that their download speed is great. The non-Steam DD titles are DRM free if they say they are (e.g. the DRM Free version of The Dragon Knight Saga), and they add no extra DRM, as SV said. They are somewhat spotty on whether they list any "other DRM" correctly, but anything that says "DRM Free" actually is.
