hi, i am in an endless "loop", i cant contact the support, basically it throws me back and forth between the site where i can choose one of 4 options (technical issues, ...) and wher ei have to select the game, there never comes a form where i can report the issue, what to do now?

the issue which i need the support for is about the witcher 2, i cant dowload the redkit, if i use the downloader, the bar remains empty, it shows about 370 kb/s, but the bar ramains empty and at 0B of 6,03 GB

if i dont use the gog downloader, i download the file in the fraction of a seconf, and its 6GB big, but its just a corrupt little file that doesnt do anything

i hope someone can help me or give me instructions how to properly contact support

don't select this option : the option is more or less for known issues or FAQ

choose the second one : my orders / payments & downloading games

then in the fields :
order : not applicable
problem type : download corruption -> looks like something related to your issue

subject : be specific

message : write the whole issue

hope that help ;)

personnaly; it's possible the file is corrupted on the server for one reason or another...

i tried to start a direct download through the browser (Opera 12.16) -> no problem.

try with another browser, i'm clueless...otherwise.

expect to clear the browser cache & cookies ofc...
