Well, I just tried downloading some games I have already downloaded some time ago and I'm getting the same problem, so it's most likely a temporary problem at GoG's (or who ever hosts the downloads) end. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.
Maybe GOG servers for downloads are down? IDK I am not a pro on Internet routing, but maybe using an alternative downloader, such as Gigaget, might help. If you have any issues with downloading after trying, contact GOG Support, you will love them forever.
As per the other topic on this problem: Copy and paste the quoted URL (without quotation marks) into your address bar and press enter.

I read about that in another one, haven't tested it since I haven't bought a game since....2 days ago. Does it work?

That's not the case.
The download link still works. It just seems like it's not directing people to it or something. You can still use the link that you get to download the game. You will need to use a download manager, like flashget to do it though. Otherwise it will not let you you download it because it's secured, single use download link.
Edit: Woops, sorry. Ofcourse you can download it without a download manager. You just can't close the current tab/window with the link, or you will get forbidden download. Just like Navagon said, copy the link and paste it into the address bar in another tab (so you don't break the session).

I tried it myself on several titles and I got the standard download options panel with the correct file name. It seems to be a database problem rather than a problem with the files themselves.

Should work fine now. Sorry for the inconvenience.
