i can't , i have them in my shelves, only way is to contact the support.

have you tried looking at the game card to see if it says you own the game

you should be able to download them from there if they are tagged as owned by you

if they don't think you own them getting in touch with support seem best

Something to try if you haven't yet: Hit Support up the top of the page, click Empire Earth (or another game if you can't find it there either), then the "(Website Issue) Games not displayed on my account" entry. The resulting help page will allow you to reset/re-initialize your account and game shelf.

(Something in the recent website revamp seems to have triggered this issue for a number of people, involving various games.)

Agreed. This kind of behaviour which consist to insult people before anything else (because doing something first on the interwebz is supposed to bring some legitimacy) is not something to be proud of.
Now TinyE, you really shouldn't throw hard jokes on new guys.

I do not know how many games you own, but if you have more then ~100 you might have hit the problem I have sometimes.
Sometimes my whole catalog does not show up at once. I might be missing a single game from my list or everything bought more then 8~12 months ago. To fix my problem I just refresh the page and 9/10 times I will get the missing titles back.
When I go to the game card page it always registers I own them, so you might want to go look at the game card to download the game again.
