I own all the D&D games, and I've been here for a while, so I'd like do do a little giveaway. The winner will get both Baldur's Gate games and Planescape: Torment. I picked these games because I have spent a LOT of time with them over the years.

I'd prefer to give the games to someone who has never played them, really wants to experience them, and doesn't have the means to buy them on their own, so in your post, tell me a little bit about why you want them in order to be eligible.

I'll pick a post number randomly tonight. Good luck!

Well thanks, but I´ve already got all of them... (gifted in an earlier sale...)

I have never played them but heard many great thing about them. In particular Planescape Torment. I am a big fan of epic intricate storylines in my games. My favorites series of games is Legacy of Kain which holds on of the best storylines in gaming and when people ask for games to play for fans of LoK I have consistently heard Planescape Torment mentioned.

Now Baldur's Gate series. I love Bioware's work Knights of the Old Republic and Mass Effect are in my top 10 games of all time. So I'm pretty curious as to how good this series was. I did also enjoy the PS2 Baldur's Gate games which I don't know if they have any real relation other than name.

+1 for the giveaway either way though.
Have them so not in, but great games, especially Planescape: Torment. +1
I'm a big of WRPGs but alas, I never played Planescape Torment or Baldur's Gate 2.

I did however play Arcanum through GOG and BG1 a long time ago (not through GOG) but I lost the discs over the years :(

I'd love to replay BG 1 and see its sequel :)

Oh and of course Planescape Torment, I've heard a ton of good things about it :P
Thank you for the giveaway! Especially the point to encourage others to play these wonderful games. Not in - will get the pack myself anyways.
Oh man, hope this is my chance (I'm in)!

Never had a chance of playing BG1 or BG2, and they are on my wishlist since like forever.
I own PS:T already, so if I win the contest I'll just give it to whoever wants it most.

Thanks again! +1

Small edit:
Come to think of it, the only D&D I ever played were NWN 1 and PS:T.
Reading (about BG) all the time "the pinnacle of RPG", "cRPG that sets the standards for years to come" and knowing what magic NWN meant for me, I think the chance of playing BG series will be like rediscovering the childhood (ok, rambling off). :)

And so do I thanks to some arm-twisting by someone who shall remain nameless but not blameless ;-p

I'm not in but this is a fantastic giveaway! Thanks, kelseyr713 ;-)
a bit of a promo:

Not in as me hath them all
Planetscape looks like a fantastic good game and I've been curious for a long while, though I'm having bank disputes at the moment so I can't make any purchases for a while. Same with Baldur's Gate.

I should mention that I already have Baldur's Gate 2, but I've only made it as far as the first city and beating the twisted circus.

Edit: Turns out I have Baldur's Gate 1, but I don't recall ever buying it or knowing how I got it. So, I guess I'm just in for Planetscape, thank you.

Not in, but thanks.
I would love to have a chance to play Planescape:Torment. and Baulders Gate.
I was never much of fan of these types, but I have heard nothing but good things about them, so I'd love to give them a shot.

Either way, thanks for the generosity.
I already own and love the three games, but I'll enter this giveaway for a friend new to GOG. Thanks and +1!
Don't have any yet, but will leave them to someone else that is really dying to play them ;)

Thanks kelseyr713, +1 rep for you also!
I have only ever played BG 1 with the "Tales of the Sword Coast" expansion. I remember writing a little story to explain why my fighter from the original campaign would change his class to fighter-cleric in BG2(it had something to do with his love interest, Branwen the Cleric, dying in Durlag's Tower and all he had left from her was a "Ring of Holiness", I was such an RP-er :))). I never did get to play BG2 and I doubt I would play it without re-experiencing BG1, but I always heard great things about Planescape: Torment.

I'm in.
+1
