We have phased out FastSpring entirely. They were an *enormous* hassle. They insisted on giving out download links that expire, as a "feature" for us (because all us developers must be hard-core pro-DRM anti-piracy fanatics, right?) This was incredibly stupid because it means we get tons of email every week from people who need their links reset. FastSpring says, fear not, we'll field those emails for you, which is why we originally just referred people to FastSpring to get their download links reset (so we wouldn't drown in that email ourselves).

Eventually Humble Store came along and said, "Yeah, we don't do any of that stupid crap" and now we use them instead. Even better, they set up a simple turn-key method for upgrading our fastspring customers to humble store customers, so you can just input your email and get all your permanent download links (and your steam key). This is easier for us to deal with, and more convenient for the customer.

And there was much rejoicing.

I see I see... So they provide better services eh ? well, as long it is easy and doesn't make hassle for the customers. and it really is. I just need to entered my email, then they send me link to a humble store page. I already have account there so I just need to claim it.
