How many competitive replies have you made to this thread? and yet you classify me as the cultist.

That's kinda funny considering that here we are, yet again, on the gog boards, on yet another steam related therad.
You talk about steam exclusivity solely in the scope of where a game is sold and since you don't object to steam you don't even pause for a minute to consider that for people who don't want to use steam 'exclusitivity' has a much broader sense as in every title that requires management throguh the steam client. If the client is what i object to what do i care that i can buy it here or there if i'll end up having to deal with the very thing i object to regardless ? If you object to Tages, or whatever, does the fact that the game is sold in multiple platforms, with Tages or whatever, has any weight on your objection ?
Besides Simon, simply because you look at things striclty from a praticality angle and others don't you don't get to tell people that their arguments are paper thin and you certainly don't get to dismiss those people's concerns with "What's wrong with steam ? Hey you can even unisntall the client if you don't have any further use for it, so there you go."
I'm sorry, i respect your way of looking at steam but please concede that people don't have to look at steam through youe eyes, and please, don't bellitle or dismiss people's concerns about steam or whatever just because you don't happen to share them.
I found the original post as a yet another poke. You and me both are perfectly within our rights to express our thougths on any content posted here, and that's exactly what we both did.
Like i said, the meaning, or how meanlingess, the content in the OP is is up for each and everyone to decide.
