The game is downloaded but I cant get the game to open, I have windows 7 please help if you can. Thank you

Hm, a little sketchy on what exactly happened, but, I guess you could do this:
Put the files back in the GOG downloader folder (if you moved them or downloaded via browser). Then open up the GOG downloader, and redownload the game. I believe the downloader goes over your download to make sure it is complete and tries to fix it if it's not. I can't guarantee anything, and it may even screw it up completely, but that is the only thing I can think of. Best of luck Havic. :)

Could you provide a little more detail as to what you mean by the game "not opening"? Do you get an error message? Does the game try to start up but then crash? Etc.
