I think your computer is constipated. What are you trying to download? It's working fine for me.

Have you changed the settings to lower the number of connections if you are on a crappy ISP to avoid it hogging out your connection?

Do a speed test, plenty of sites will benchmark, then do a traceroute or ping of Gog's ip address (the dl site.) Check for lag, and/or number of hops/time.

This is without a doubt the friendliest forum on the planet. Where you folks the other day when I had a flat tire?

I'll try all that stuff and if it doesn't work I'll worry about it tomorrow. There is a massive blizzard going on right now so I guess I should be happy I even have power.

I happen to be downloading right now at about 1.5MB/sec, so it can't be a traffic jam...

She is working now. Sort of. There are VERY few drawbacks to living in the middle of nowhere but this is definitly one of them.

I'm giving a +1 to all of the EMTS who jumped in to help so quickly, so people need to stop answering; I'm logging off and I can't stay here clicking + all night. Of course, you know that I'd love to, but slumber beckons.
