ReynardFox: Sigh...

With the way Microsoft has given the middle finger to gamers through the Xbox One, I really can't see them ever jumping on the GOG bandwagon anymore...

I'll still buy a ton of copies to share here if it ever happens (20 copies vs none, Steam only is teh smart!), but for now, I give up.
Even if Microsoft never comes aboard, hopefully, Dean might be able to self-publish the game on GOG after a period of time.
Did you write to Dean using the email listed above?
I emailed Dean about trying to get his game on GOG, well:
Hi, thanks for writing. I’m actually looking at the various services for Dust, as I’m a fan of a number of them (GoG primariliy). Right now it’s a matter of taking things one step at a time, and whether I can negotiate things with my publisher. Despite coming to PC, I’m still signed exclusively with Microsoft, which makes things a little more difficult.

-Dean Dodrill
So, until Microsoft actually makes an agreement with GOG (GoG, whatever the fuck the name is), or Dean can make negotiations with the publisher, it's not coming here anytime soon.

That's too bad. I've got it in my Steam library, but I would like it on GOG one day as well. Thanks for the effort, though!

I have tried to contact Dean but haven't received a response. Microsoft helped fund development of Dust too, they most likely own the IP, so self publishing it down the road is probably out of the question.

Pretty much what I was expecting. Its so sad that Microsoft has finally gone the full-lockdown route... I used to stick up for them.

good to hear its still going ;)
Got it from Steam during the summer sale, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Enough to make me buy the game again if it ever comes here.
